Laramie River Fly Fishing Report ::
The Laramie has pumped up abit since we last left off. Flows have been bouncing between 80 and 100 cfs with off color water. However, with the recent cold weather, it could drop a bit depending on snow/rainfall up high. It's the perfect time to throw big nymphs and streamers. We had guides on both our Private Water and public over the last two weeks and reported great fishing! The water temps in the upper river is still a bit cold but the lower river is seeing temps in the low 40's. There are a assortment of active nymphs including stoneflies, caddis, midges, green drakes, and midges. The laramie will fish well until the flow really picks up and clarity becomes an issue, so take advantage of this good fishing window.
